FRONT DESK

Upon arriving at the CDMVE, students will be welcomed by a pedagogue who will direct them to Professor Mundinho’s Library and attend a lecture, where they will have the opportunity to understand the purpose of this lecture and will also receive guidance on the visitation route to be followed.

PROFESSIONAL WALL

It has televisions in each subdivision, with digital material targeted by age group, according to each theme. Such material is selected and organized with the aim of bringing, from an early age, to the reality of students the distance learning system that has dominated higher educational spaces.

This material that makes up the external area of the professions wall supports pedagogues when working with students, and in a fun and playful way, children will see a world of possibilities for their future.

The wall of professions has eight educational subdivisions:

  • Medicine and Health
  • Exact Sciences
  • Human sciences
  • Natural sciences Sea, Air and Earth
  • Sciences space
  • Sciences Military
  • Área Professions of High School Elementary and Technical Area

2nd PHASE OF THE VOCATIONAL MEETING

Inside each external subdivision we have the support of signposts where all the professions are listed and we still have dolls inside the entire space dressed according to the professions.

About the vocational test

Its purpose is to assist in the process of choosing a future professional career, which recognizes that every human being has logical-mathematical, linguistic, musical, spatial, bodily, interpersonal, intrapersonal, naturalistic and existentialist intelligences.

It proposes the choice of a profession according to your affinities, bringing in itself a proposal to get to know yourself better and evaluate your abilities and obtain chances of professional achievement.

The importance of performing this test is based on the individual’s choices, making them more assertive and less prone to changes in the path that may come to pass. Therefore, professional mediation is necessary.

The CDMVE brings in this proposal such a foundation through an intermediation with pedagogues and digital material for different age groups.

In this context, it is possible to identify several benefits, such as: identifying interests, tastes and values; interconnect expectations, reduce anxieties; obtain knowledge of the professional market; dispel illusions and myths about courses and professions (we’ll talk later about the advantages and disadvantages of professions); work on intelligence and the emotional; develop self-knowledge, etc.

It is important to emphasize that more than emphasizing a profession where more money is earned, the possibilities of stable and profitable jobs are pointed out here.

Advantages and Disadvantages of Professions

At CDMVE, each specific area of knowledge – Medicine and Health, Human Sciences, Exact Sciences, Military, Sea, Air and Earth Sciences, Nature Sciences, Space Sciences and Professions of High School and Elementary School – present digital media that expose the different professions according to each specific area. On the professions wall (outside of the headquarters) there are signs next to each monitor, showing which professions pertain to each area. In the internal part of the headquarters (classrooms), the advantages and disadvantages of the professions presented there are presented on the boards also close to the monitors.

In this way, it is possible for each child and adolescent to know a little more about the listed professions, as well as providing practical knowledge and the importance of each of the professions presented.

Below is an example of boards showing the advantages and disadvantages in the area of Medicine and Health:

FRUIT TREES

The CDMVE has several types of fruit trees, which are used for thematic classes on environmental care, types of fruits, seeds and presentation of other characteristics, which provide opportunities for the faculty to show the importance of preserving nature, agriculture family, of possible professions related to agribusiness and its aspects.

SMALL ANIMALS

The headquarters has a space reserved for raising small animals such as ducks, roosters, hens and chicks. Children have the opportunity to reflect on the importance of the origin of food and animal care, as well as professions linked to the farm, veterinary and agricultural sector.

VEGETABLE GARDEN

We have a vegetable garden with various types of vegetables, not just for demonstration, as we have the opportunity to harvest and prepare in the headquarters kitchen, as well as all the information given to children and teenagers about healthy cultivation and eating.

ARTIFICIAL WINDS TUNNELS

Anemometer (Portuguese/Brazilian) or anemometer (Portuguese/European), from the Greek anemus: European wind is an instrument used to measure the velocity of a fluid that can be air (wind) or in physical models in hydraulic and aerodynamic laboratories or any other fluid such as gases in stars and planets. For studies of turbulent flow in physical models, the Brazilian researcher Professor Jorge Paes Rios developed, at the University of Grenoble, France, in 1978, a laser beam anemometer. His work describes the laser beam anemometer, the working principle, the main optical systems used, the use of tracers and the treatment of the electrical signal.
The CDMVE has an Anemometer (a device that measures and records wind speed) with real monitoring of what may be happening in a certain region of the country, based on studies by scientists who work hard for the well-being of the population.

ARTIFICIAL SOLAR RADIATION MEASUREMENT

The instrument that measures total solar radiation is called a pyranometer, which is used to measure all radiation that reaches the Earth’s surface, whether direct, diffuse or reflected.

The pyranometer is characterized by the use of a thermopile, which is no more than several thermocouples connected together. This is coated with a black surface, which absorbs the radiation and converts it into heat, which is then converted into current by the thermopile. Another model of pyranometer uses a monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic cell to measure radiation. However, this type of pyranometer has a strong limitation, as it is only sensitive to only 60% of incident solar radiation.

NEWTON PRISM

The CDMVE also features Newton’s Prism.

EQUIPMENT, THE CHURCH AND THE SOLARIUM

Also in the outdoor area, children and teenagers will have the opportunity to see some equipment, the Busto do Barão de Teffé, the Solarium, which is a space as its name says, designed to take advantage of the sun, providing those who are there with a privileged view from the surrounding nature and also relaxation and entertainment. There is also the lighthouse, essential equipment for a ship that helps in locating vessels that are at strategic points at sea. The space also has an ecumenical church, a space reserved for meditation and reflection.

INTERNAL ROOMS

Students will have the opportunity to know in depth the professions chosen by them, and this is the essential part for cognitive development to take place. In these rooms, students will have the opportunity to learn about the advantages and disadvantages of the professions. Where a pedagogue will be available to mediate knowledge, enabling students to observe the digital material, with testimonials from professionals talking about both their profession and the path they took to achieve professional success. At times they will also have the opportunity to attend lectures by different professionals.

CINEMA ROOMS

CDMVE has the capacity to serve around 200 people per visit, with four groups of 50 to 70 children, principals, teachers and guardians who will share this beautiful and pleasant experience.

So that there is organization throughout the visit to the CDMVE headquarters, 2 shifts are established per day, in a period of 4 hours each, or 8 hours, covering morning and afternoon (from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 2:00 pm at 6:00 pm), thus reaching the totality of students in the public education network, which currently has 109 active schools, totaling 24 thousand students.

CDMVE provides children and teenagers from 6 to 18 years of age with the incentive to reflect and learn about professions that will bring new perspectives on a better future, pointing out paths they can follow to achieve their dreams.

THE IMPORTANCE OF MUSIC

The importance of Music for children and teenagers is fundamental to be applied. At the CDMVE headquarters we have the collaboration of the musician and instructor, Vítor Dias.

Music has a great power of interaction and from a very early age acquires great relevance in a child’s life, awakening different sensations, becoming one of the most appreciated forms of language for facilitating learning and instigating people’s memories.

HEALTH AT CDMVE

NTEGRATIVE HEALTH CENTER – IPAN INTEGRATIVE MEDICAL

After the first face-to-face consultation, we can continue the remote monitoring through our APP. We will have a record of all the patient’s data (history, physical examination, laboratory tests) and thus, we can provide full and continuous assistance. We are an integrative health center formed by a multidisciplinary team, consisting of doctors, psychologists, physiotherapists, nutritionists and massage therapists.

Our goal is to take care of each individual in an integrated way. We are not only concerned with the disease and the symptoms it presents, but mainly with finding the causes that are leading to these symptoms, and together we channel patients. Efforts to find the fastest and safest way to restore our patients to full health.

In INTEGRATIVE FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE, we analyze the patient as a whole: body, mind and soul. We attend to the needs that the patient presents to us, in all their complexity. What will define the best treatment for each patient is the patient ITSELF and not the disease presented.

After the initial medical evaluation + exam analysis, we will carry out an INTERVENTION PROGRAM, a treatment that will not necessarily be carried out with the use of medication.

Each sector of human life is analyzed by competent experts in each area of activity. In addition, we offer classes, lectures, tips and courses through our online platform. We also have several complementary therapies to the treatment program:

  • Herbal Medicines;
  • Aromatherapy;
  • Massage therapy;
  • Auriculotherapy;
  • Therapeutic tarot;
  • Thetahealing;
  • Music therapy;
  • Hypnotherapy;
  • Guided meditation;
